Agency Terms & Conditions

• Payments for tickets must be made within 6 days of week closing or as notified by Lamba Travels.
• Voiding charges: airline norms + ₹100 per ticket as RAF charges.
• Refund charges: airline norms + ₹200 per ticket as RAF charges.
• Service charges to be collected from customers on behalf of Lamba Travels.
• Misuse of Airline/GDS PNR is the agent's responsibility.
• Refund requests must be made within 90 days for unutilized or no-show bookings.
